Gift Card Terms
True North Detail eGift Cards are issued and processed through Square.

No expiry, no fees.
Your gift card never expires and has no activation, maintenance or inactivity fees.
Use it on anything we offer.
Gift cards can be applied to any service, add-on, travel fee or tip.
Use it over more than one visit.
Any remaining balance stays on the card for next time. If your service costs more than your balance, you can pay the difference by any payment method we accept.
It's a dollar amount, not a specific service.
Gift cards hold a dollar value. Services are charged at the price in effect on the day of your appointment.
Works with our promotions.
You can use a gift card to pay for a discounted or promotional service.
Booking with a gift card.
Book online or call us as usual and mention you have a gift card. Show us the card (QR code or card number) at your appointment and we'll redeem it on the spot.
Service area.
Gift cards are valid for appointments within our service area. Outside it, give us a call and we'll see what we can do.
Not redeemable for cash.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Lost or missing cards.
Treat your gift card like cash. If an eGift Card email goes missing, contact us with the purchaser's name and email and we'll help resend it. We can't replace balances that have already been used.
Refunds.
Unused gift cards can be refunded to the original purchaser within 30 days of purchase. After that, gift card sales are final.
Reloading.
eGift Cards can be reloaded through our Square gift card page.
Privacy.
Purchase details are handled by Square according to Square's privacy policy.
